A Preschool to Primary School Project 2025-2026:

This project aims to create a professional space for communication and collaboration between preschools and primary schools, building relationships between the two sectors to enhance the transition experience for children.

Participating partnerships will be eligible for a Transition Project Funding grant. Open to primary schools & preschools in Donegal, Sligo, Mayo, Leitrim, Roscommon & Longford.
